How to create a new organization and set it up with the AI wizard.
Create your organization
After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your first organization. Give it a name and slug (URL-friendly identifier).
AI Setup Wizard
New organizations are automatically directed to the AI setup wizard. Simply chat with our AI assistant — it will ask about your organization and suggest membership levels, dues structures, and a welcome email.
Click "Apply suggestions" to create everything in one click, or keep chatting to refine the suggestions.
Manual Setup
You can skip the wizard and set things up manually via Settings. Create membership levels, configure email templates, and set up your public page from the dashboard.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your command center. From here you can access:
- Members — View, search, filter, and manage all members
- Events — Create and manage events with ticketing
- Broadcasts — Send email communications to your members
- Settings — Configure your org, integrations, API keys, and billing
AI Member Queries
On the Members page, use the query bar to ask natural language questions like "How many members joined this month?" or "Who hasn't renewed in 90 days?"
