Notification settings for your organization
Which automatic emails your organization sends and receives, the weekly report, and how per-device push works.
Settings → Notifications
This tab controls the handful of emails Mybers sends on your behalf without you composing anything, and the alerts your own team receives. There are three toggles.
Member welcome email
Sends your welcome email to a new member when they join through your public join page. If your organization requires approval, it goes out when you approve them rather than when they apply. Edit the wording of the template under Outreach → Email → Templates. Turn this off if you'd rather welcome people yourself.
New member alerts
Emails your owners and admins whenever someone joins or applies through your public join page. This is the inbound alert — it goes to your team, not to the member. It's the toggle to check if sign-ups feel like they're arriving silently.
Weekly report
A Monday-morning snapshot for owners: new members, revenue, and the week's upcoming events. Useful as a low-effort pulse if nobody opens the dashboard daily.
Push notifications are per device
Below the toggles is a This device section. Alerts such as new member notifications can also arrive as push notifications, but push is enabled per device, by each admin — it isn't an organization-wide setting and turning it on for your laptop does nothing for your phone or for your colleagues. Repeat it on every device where you want alerts, and note that on iPhone or iPad you must install the app to your home screen first. See Enabling push notifications.
These settings cover automatic, system-triggered mail only. Campaign email is separate — see broadcasts and campaigns.
