- Does it get more expensive as we grow?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited members, and we never take a percentage of your dues. You only move up a plan if you want more features (like AI voice or managed setup) — never because you added members or collected more money. Your bill doesn't jump because you succeeded.
- Do you really take 0% of our dues?
- Yes — on every plan, including free. You keep 100% of what you collect, minus only your own payment processor's standard rate (e.g. Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢, paid directly to them). Mybers earns from subscriptions and optional usage credits, never a cut of your revenue.
- How is this different from WildApricot?
- WildApricot bills by total contacts — including lapsed members, event guests, and donors — so your price climbs as your list grows, and they add a 20% surcharge if you use your own payment processor. Mybers prices by features, not member count, keeps unlimited members on every plan, lets you bring any processor, and takes 0% of your dues.
- Can I try the paid features first?
- Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro, free — no card required. When the trial ends you keep everything on the free Starter plan; nothing locks and no members are cut off. Upgrade whenever it's worth it.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Create your account and set up your whole organization without entering a card.
- How do members pay me?
- Through your own payment processor — Stripe, PayPal, Square, Mollie, or Razorpay — so money lands directly in your account; we never hold your funds. You pay your processor's standard rate, and Mybers takes 0% on top.
- How are AI voice and SMS billed?
- As usage-based credits on top of your plan, so you only pay for what you actually send — never a flat surcharge. Email, members, and events are always included.
- What does Enterprise cost?
- A fixed annual fee scoped to your size and needs (SSO, multi-chapter, dedicated infra) — still 0% of your dues. Contact us and we'll scope it with you.
- Can I switch from another platform?
- Yes — migration is free and usually done within a week. We import members, levels, events, and history from your current tool or a CSV, with a dry-run and one-click undo.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to the free Starter plan — your data and members stay put.
