Mynd AI Calls — your AI phone agent

How Mynd's AI voice agent places renewal and event calls, answers your phone 24/7, puts callers through to a person, and flags members waiting on your team.

Mynd AI Calls

Mynd Voice is an AI phone agent that calls your members like a real person would, on your behalf.

Outbound calls

It places calls for you: renewal reminders, past-due follow-ups, welcomes, and event and appointment reminders. Start them one at a time from a member's page, as a one-time campaign, or as a campaign that runs on a schedule or when something happens. Each call knows the member details your data settings allow (Outreach → Mynd calls → Agents), and the outcome, summary and transcript are saved on the call and the member's record.

During the call

  • Live account lookups: Mynd re-checks the member's account if they ask.
  • Sends the pay link: if the member wants to renew, Mynd emails (or texts, when texting is on) their renew link while they're still on the phone. Once per call.
  • Notes what they decided: a callback request, a promise to pay, renewing online, not renewing, or “don't call me” (which marks them do-not-call).

When a member is waiting on you

If a member asks for a callback or says they'll pay, the call shows up under Needs attention on your dashboard and in Outreach → Mynd calls → Needs a follow-up. Open the call and click Mark followed up once someone has handled it.

After the call

A campaign can follow up automatically: for example, email the renew link when nobody answers, or text it after a voicemail.

Mynd answers your phone, 24/7

Connect your existing number to Mynd and it answers your calls day and night. Under Settings → Phone numbers, get a Mybers number for your organization (or move your number over), pick the agent that should answer, and press Turn on. Then forward your office line to that number: every call, or only when you're busy or don't pick up. Your members keep calling the number they know.

  • Mynd answers from your agent's instructions and FAQ, and from what you've fed it.
  • It never looks up or discusses anyone's account on an incoming call, because it can't confirm who's calling.
  • When a caller wants a person, Mynd puts them through to your Transfer to a person number if you set one on the agent; otherwise it takes a message.
  • Every answered call shows in Mynd AI Calls as an Incoming call, and a call-back request lands in Needs a follow-up.
  • Answered calls use Mynd credits like any other call. If your credits run out, Mynd stops answering until you add more.

Answering is a Pro feature. On Enterprise, we set it up with you.

Putting callers through to a person

Each agent has an optional Transfer to a person number. Set it and Mynd transfers callers who ask for someone, on calls it places and calls it answers. Leave it empty and Mynd takes a message instead. Transferred time counts toward the call's credits.

Cost

Calls go out through Mybers and are paid with Mynd credits: Pro includes 100 a month, and a typical renewal call uses about two. See Mynd credits: calls and texts.

Which number Mynd calls from

Mynd calls only from your organization's own number, never a shared one, and that goes for test calls too. Get one under Settings → Phone numbers: Pro and Enterprise include one number (a $5/month value), and extra numbers are $5 a month each (20 credits). You can also verify the office number you already have (we call it and you enter a 6-digit code) so Mynd's calls show it as the caller ID. A verified number shows on calls only; texts need a number Mybers holds for you.

The rest of the Mynd suite

Mynd also includes the Copilot (ask your member data in plain English), Writer (AI email drafting), and Concierge (AI setup) — all built into your plan.
