Upgrading your plan
How to upgrade from Starter to Pro or Enterprise.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Billing from the dashboard sidebar. You'll see your current plan and available upgrades.
Plans
- Starter — Free forever. All core features.
- Pro ($89/mo) — Managed integrations, custom branding, priority support, 1% platform fee.
- Enterprise ($199/mo) — SSO/OIDC, dedicated infrastructure, custom contracts.
Payment
Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details. Your plan upgrades immediately after payment.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Starter.
Platform Fees by Plan
Understand the platform fee Mybers applies to payments on each plan tier.
How platform fees work
On top of Stripe's standard processing fees, Mybers applies a small platform fee to payments collected through your account. The rate depends on your plan:
- Starter — 2.5% platform fee.
- Pro — 1% platform fee.
- Enterprise — 0% platform fee.
What the fee applies to
The platform fee is charged on dues, donations, and event payments processed through Mybers. It is separate from and in addition to Stripe's own per-transaction processing fee.
Where payouts go
Because Mybers uses Stripe Connect with direct payouts, your members' payments land in your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank. The platform fee is deducted as part of the transaction — Mybers never holds your funds.
Moving from Starter to Pro or Enterprise lowers your platform fee, which can pay for the higher plan if you process meaningful volume.

Choosing a plan
Mybers offers three plans so you can match the platform to the size of your organization.
Starter
The entry tier, ideal for small associations getting started. Includes core member management, payments, events, email, and your public website, with a 2.5% platform fee on payments.
Pro — $89/mo
For growing organizations. Everything in Starter plus advanced automations, deeper reporting, and a reduced 1% platform fee. At meaningful payment volume, the lower fee can offset the subscription cost.
Enterprise
For larger associations with custom needs. Includes SSO/OIDC, priority support, white-label integrations, and a 0% platform fee. Pricing is tailored to your organization.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade anytime under Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; your platform fee changes with your plan.
If you process a lot of dues, compare the platform-fee savings of Pro or Enterprise against the subscription price — the higher plan is often cheaper overall.
