Event sign-up without an account, questions and extras
Let anyone register with just a name and email, ask your own questions, and sell add-ons with the ticket.

Open an event and find Registration form.
Guests
New events let anyone register with just their name and email — no account needed — which suits open days, races and public events. To keep an event for signed-in members only, untick Let people register without an account. Member-only tickets always need a sign-in.
Questions
The form editor is the same one used for your join form. Add fields from the palette — short or long answer, email, phone, date, pick one, pick any, tick box, quantity, plus headings and text blocks — then drag them into order (or use the arrows). Click a field to edit it, mark it required, or show it only for certain ticket types. Preview shows the form with a live total; nothing changes until you Save form. Removed fields keep their past answers.
Extras with prices
- Pick one / pick any: give any choice a price — “VIP dinner” $45.
- Tick box: “Add lunch” for $15.
- Quantity: “Extra guests” at $10 each, up to a limit.
People see a running total. They pay the ticket and extras together online, or choose to pay you directly when you take offline payments. Answers and extras show on each registration and on your exports.
