Mynd credits: calls and texts
Pro includes 100 credits a month. A credit is a minute of calling or about twelve texts. A typical renewal push, 40 two-minute calls and 150 texts, is covered; 100 calls a month is about $25 more. Credit packs: $25 for 100, $50 for 220 or $100 for 480 credits, once or every month.

Rates
- Calling: $0.25 per started minute (one credit). A call nobody answers costs nothing.
- Texts: $0.02 per text segment (about 12 texts per credit).
- Pro includes 100 credits a month; they renew on your billing date and don't roll over.
- Extra credits come in packs: $25 for 100, $50 for 220 or $100 for 480 credits. Buy a pack once or every month (cancel a monthly pack any time on the Billing page). Purchased credits never expire, and your monthly credits are used first.
Buying credits
Owners buy credits on Settings → Billing → Mynd credits. Mynd credits are part of Pro; on the free plan the section shows greyed out with a Pro badge. Every Pro or Enterprise feature carries a badge like this: click it to see the plan, buy Pro, or ask for the free 30-day trial. You can turn on auto-recharge, which buys 220 credits for $50 when your balance drops below $5 (a receipt is emailed each time). We email the owner when credits run low.
When credits run out
Calls and texts pause with an "add credits" message — nothing is sent half-way. A large send that your balance can't cover is refused as a whole before anything goes out.
