Segments
Save a group of members by status, level, tag or time rules, and reuse it in campaigns and journeys.
A segment is a saved rule for a group of members, like “lapsed for 7 days or more” or “Gold level with the volunteer tag”. It updates on its own as members change.
Build one
- Open Members → Segments and add a segment.
- Add conditions on status, level, tag, or time, like how long ago someone lapsed or joined.
- Check the preview count, then save.
Use it
Pick a segment as the audience for a one-time campaign, an automated campaign or a journey. Because it updates on its own, new people who match are included next time.
