Join form: questions and extras
Ask your own questions when people join, and sell extras like a T-shirt or parking pass with membership.
Join form
Go to Settings → Join Form. Your join page always asks for name, email and phone; add anything else here with the form editor — the same editor events use.
- Add fields from the palette, drag to reorder, click one to edit. Preview shows the form as a joiner sees it, with a live total.
- Extras: give a choice, a tick box or a quantity a price — a T-shirt, a parking pass, a gift to your scholarship fund.
- By level: show a field only for some levels (for example a guardian's name for junior members).
Paying for extras
Extras are charged once, with the first dues payment: added to the online checkout, or included in the amount Mark paid fills in when someone pays you directly. If a level is free, the joiner is told you'll be in touch about paying for their extras.
Where answers go
Each member's answers and extras show on their member page under Join form. Details you want on every member's profile (company, job title) belong in Custom Fields instead.
