Joining an organization
How to join an organization on Mybers, pick a level and pay your dues.
Joining
Every organization on Mybers has a Join page on its website. Fill in your name and email, pick a membership level, and answer any questions the organization asks.
Paying
- Online: you'll go to a secure checkout run by the organization's own payment account. Your membership starts as soon as the payment goes through.
- Directly to the club: if the organization takes checks, cash or bank transfers, you can choose that instead. Your membership starts once the organization confirms they've received it.
Some levels add a one-time joining fee or extras (like a T-shirt) — you'll see them in the total before you pay.
Applications
Some organizations review new members first. You'll get an email once you're approved.
Started but didn't finish paying?
Fill in the join form again with the same email — you'll pick up where you left off.
Paying and renewing your dues
Renewals, receipts, changing your card, and cancelling automatic payments.
Renewing
If your dues renew automatically, your card is charged on your renewal date and you'll get a receipt by email. If they don't, the organization will remind you before your membership is due and you can pay from your member page.
Changing your card or cancelling
Sign in and open your member page. Under Subscription, choose Manage subscription to update your card, see invoices, or cancel future payments. Cancelling stops the next charge; your membership runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
Receipts and invoices
Every payment sends a receipt to your email, and your invoices are on your member page.
Your member card
Your digital member card with a QR code, and printed ID cards.
Member card
Your member page has a Member card with your name, level and a QR code. Show it at the door — staff scan it to check you in. You can add the organization's site to your phone's home screen to keep the card one tap away.
Some organizations also print plastic ID cards or key tags with the same QR code. Ask the organization if yours does.
