Connect your WildApricot API key and Mybers pulls your members, levels, dues, custom fields, groups, events, and payment history — with a dry run and undo.

WildApricot Migration

Mybers has a guided importer built specifically for WildApricot. You connect with your WildApricot API key — no CSV exports to wrangle — and Mybers pulls your data directly from your account.

Prerequisites

You'll need a WildApricot API key. Find it in WildApricot → Settings → Security → Authorized applications.

Steps

Open Import from the Settings group in your Mybers sidebar
Enter your WildApricot API key — we'll auto-detect your account
Preview your data: see levels, sample contacts, and total count
Run a dry test first to see what would be created or updated
When satisfied, run the real import
Verify your data on the Members page

What comes across

Members & contacts — name, email, phone, organization, join date and renewal date. WildApricot statuses (active, lapsed, pending, suspended) are mapped to Mybers.
Membership levels — including each level's dues amount, brought over as a draft price you switch on once you connect Stripe.
Custom fields — your WildApricot custom member fields and their values.
Member groups — imported as Mybers tags, with members kept in their groups.
Events — your full event history (past and upcoming), with date, location, and capacity.
Payment history — past payments, linked to the right member.

Safe by design

Nothing changes until you say so: the dry run shows exactly what would be created or updated. Re-running the import is safe — members, levels, tags, events, and payments are matched and updated in place rather than duplicated. Within 24 hours of an import, click Undo Import on the import detail page to remove everything it created.

Importing from a CSV

To bring members in from a spreadsheet, go to Members → Import and upload your CSV. Mybers reads the header row and shows a mapping step.

Mapping columns

For each column in your file, choose the Mybers field it corresponds to — name, email, membership level, join date, custom fields, and so on. Mybers auto-matches columns with obvious names, and you adjust the rest. Columns you don't need can be left unmapped and ignored.

Validation before import

Mybers validates the file before anything is created, flagging missing required fields, malformed emails, and duplicate rows so you can fix them first. Email is used to match against existing members, so an import can update records instead of duplicating them.

Save your column mapping and reuse it for future imports from the same source.
