Migrating from WildApricot

Step-by-step guide to importing your WildApricot data.

WildApricot Migration

Prerequisites

You'll need a WildApricot API key. Find it in WildApricot → Settings → Security → Authorized applications.

Steps

  1. Go to Import in your Mybers dashboard
  2. Enter your WildApricot API key — we'll auto-detect your account
  3. Preview your data: see levels, sample contacts, and total count
  4. Run a dry test first to see what would be created/updated
  5. When satisfied, run the real import
  6. Verify your data on the Members page

Undo

Within 24 hours of import, click "Undo Import" on the import detail page to remove all imported records.
