How integrations work

Install, test, sync, schedule and watch an integration, and the three kinds you'll see in the library.

Three kinds of integration

Open Settings → Integrations. Each card says what kind it is:

  • Syncs (one-way or two-way): Mybers and the tool exchange data on a schedule and, for many, the moment something changes (a member joins, a payment clears, an event changes).
  • Spreadsheet import: tools without a public API, or ones you're leaving (Novi, GrowthZone, iMIS, YourMembership, StarChapter, VolunteerHub, Better Impact, Volgistics, SignUpGenius, Keela, Giveffect). You export a CSV there and upload it on the tool's page.
  • Embed: website builders (Squarespace, Wix). The page gives you your own join form, dues and login snippets to paste.

Cards marked Pro or Enterprise need that plan; click the badge to see what's included and request a trial.

Installing

Open the integration, follow the numbered steps on its page to get the key or IDs from the other tool, paste them in and click Install. Saved keys are never shown again; leave a key field blank later to keep the one you saved.

After install

  • Overview: last sync, last connection test, Sync now and Test connection.
  • Schedule: turn on a regular sync (hourly, daily or weekly). New installs start on manual.
  • Triggers: instant pushes, like "add new members" or "send each payment when it clears". Most are on by default.
  • Logs: every run with how many records were created, updated, skipped or failed, and the other tool's error message when something went wrong.

Pause an integration to stop it without losing its settings. Uninstalling stops future syncing; data already in Mybers stays.
